Form details are held in the current page’s memory, without browser storage, and are cleared when you reload or leave. If you download a draft, that file remains on your device until you remove it. Hosting providers may process ordinary access logs; the enquiry fields are never submitted.
Please use fictional information while reviewing the prototype. Do not include identifiable patient information, clinical records, confidential study data or proprietary product details.
Before a production enquiry service is enabled, the receiving team, privacy policy, data handling arrangements and secure document-sharing process must be confirmed. Confidentiality terms should be agreed before sensitive information is shared.
